It has been many years since I had a tooth extracted. My blood pressure was so high, I was told I would be rescheduled. Somehow both Dr. Williams and her assistant managed to bring down my blood pressure enough to have the procedure. They were extremely patient and nice. I was very satisfied with the service. I will be recommending Dr. Williams to anyone that needs an oral surgeon.

Is there such a thing as a very pleasant experience with a tooth extraction? I lived through that experience with the skill, accuracy and devotion of Dr. Yuan. He has a soft touch and quick accuracy in his surgery. He is up to date with the latest procedures and advancements in his field which instills a great deal of confidence in the patient. What is most rewarding for me, is his bedside manner. He was very attentive, sensitive, devoted to my needs and has a good sense of humor as well. He and his staff made the procedure brief and painless. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate returning. The only thing is that I did not get a smoothie !!!

Initial, the procedure and the follow up,....... 3 Visits and I couldn't be happier with the results....... Personable professional staff that had my health and comfort as their primary goal....... I'm very pleased with the outcome and would recommend anyone needing oral surgery professionals to give Dr. Yuan and his staff a call, you will not be disappointed.

I had a overall GREAT experience. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, I was bawling my eyes out on the way back to the room and the staff was very kind and helpful and made me relax and feel a lot better, they gave great instructions for when I got home. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Yuan and his staff at Tampa Bay Jaw & Facial Surgery in Dunedin are exceptional! They absolutely took the fear of getting my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Yuan explained the entire procedure thoroughly. Justin and Amber were just some of his tremendous staff that helped with setting up the consultation and calling me for check ups prior to date of the procedure. Following the procedure, I got a delicious fruit smoothie and two follow up calls later in the day to make sure I was doing ok, one of which was Dr. Yuan. The pain from the procedure was minimal at best. For anyone hesitant or scared from getting their wisdom teeth removed and are not sure where to go, look no further. My only regret is I didn’t go sooner. Thank you again Dr. Yuan and staff, y’all are the real MVPs! 🤘

I am so glad to have gone to see Dr. Vanessa Watts and Sherry to have my two teeth extractions. I have never in my life felt so relaxed and comfortable having my teeth pulled. Everyone is so kind and considered in the Carrollwood office. I would recommend this office to everyone. I am so happy that I went there. I will always go there for any problems I have. I give this office and all the people that work there 100%. Dr. Watts and Sherry were the best. Thank you so much.

I really wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! Dr. Yuan and everyone at Tampa Bay Jaw and Facial Surgery in Dunedin is absolutely amazing. From checking in at the front desk, to the consultation, all the way through to my wisdom teeth removal and recovery, every single person I interacted with was so kind and caring. They answered all one million of my questions, were so patient with my nerves and anxiety, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I had never had any form of surgery or anesthesia before this, so I was completely out of my comfort zone, but I trusted the staff and I'm so glad I did. My pain is no where near as bad as I was expecting. The office even went above and beyond in a couple ways. They made me a smoothie of my choice after my procedure and gave it to me in a really nice reusable cup. One of the nurses called me a few hours later when I was home to check in and answer any follow up questions, AND Dr. Yuan called me the day after despite the office not being open on weekends just to check on me. I can't thank everyone enough or express how much I appreciate the staff for everything they did!

I would just like to extend my sincere thank you to the staff here at this office. From the design of the office, to the accommodations made to fit me in for wisdom teeth extraction because I was in pain. My day started out so discouraging and I was ready to cry. I really loved the positive energy and information received from Dr. Watts about my procedure. She and her assistant Kristen plus the rest of the staff are truly top notch. They even called me twice to check on me. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The best compliment is a referral and I will definitely be doing that!

They are AMAZING!! Having all your teeth extracted can be a little nerve wracking to say the least. I have to say this was the best experience, honestly. The staff are very caring and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything. Dr Yuan was great! I Never had any pain or discomfort after the procedure or anytime throughout the healing process. I would definitely recommend this group.

From the front desk check in with Genesis to meeting Assistant Preston, everyone was both professional & friendly. Dr Semidey explained everything to me in detail & possibility of complications that could arise. Fortunately all went very smoothly with a complicated extraction of a crowned root canal next to another crowned root canal with no discomfort & over quickly. I appreciate all that was done for me & the follow-up call by the Dr himself. I highly recommend the Carrollwood group.

The making of the appointment with Genesis was very smooth and the communication of the office prior to the surgery was great. I was checked in by Geanna, she was very friendly and made sure all my paperwork was squared away. Mari did a great job in going over the treatment plan prior to the surgery. Dr. Semidey greeted us with a nice and friendly smile, he did a great job of explaining the procedure and showed a lot of care and compassion. Aimee did a great job on starting the IV and didn't even leave a bruise, she was also very friendly and made you feel at ease. I would definitely recommend the Carrollwood office. Dr. Semidey is the BEST!!!!
